1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using our Website, booking treatments, or engaging with our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to receive services. Clients under 18 require written consent from a parent or legal guardian.
3. Consultations & Medical Disclosure
For new clients or select services (e.g., injectables, laser treatments), a consultation and medical history disclosure are required. This ensures suitability and safety for treatment—failure to provide accurate or complete information may result in denial of service.
4. Treatment Suitability & Results
All treatments are elective. We strive to achieve the best outcomes, but results vary individually and cannot be guaranteed. We reserve the right to refuse or adjust treatment if deemed unsuitable.
5. Appointments, Cancellations & No-Shows
Appointments must be scheduled in advance.
Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule (this is a common standard; adjust if needed). Late cancellations or no‑shows may incur a fee or forfeit the appointment—specific policies should be detailed here.
Arriving late may result in shortened treatment or rescheduling.
6. Payments, Deposits & Packages
Payment is due at the time of service, unless otherwise specified.
Deposits may be required for bookings or treatment packages—these are generally non‑refundable, unless otherwise stated.
Packages and prepaid treatments are typically non‑transferable and non‑refundable unless otherwise agreed upon.
7. Refund & Return Policy
Services already rendered are non‑refundable.
Unopened retail products may be eligible for return within a defined period (e.g., 7 days), with a valid receipt and in saleable condition. Policies may vary—specify here if applicable.
8. Client Responsibilities & Conduct
Clients must follow all pre‑ and post‑treatment instructions to optimize safety and results.
Disclose any health changes, allergies, or medications prior to each visit.
Respectful conduct is expected at all times. Abusive or inappropriate behavior may result in service refusal.
9. Photography & Marketing Use
With your explicit consent, we may take before-and-after photographs or videos for medical progress and promotional purposes. You may opt out at any time.
10. Privacy & Personal Data
We collect and process your personal and medical information solely for the purposes of providing services. Data is handled in accordance with applicable privacy and data protection laws and is never shared without consent, except where required by law.
11. Website Use & Intellectual Property
All website content (text, images, logos) is protected intellectual property and may not be used without our permission.
We strive to keep our Website available and error-free, but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We are not liable for downtime or technical issues.
12. Limitation of Liability
Except in cases of proven negligence, we (and our staff) are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to treatments or website use. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant service.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Nevada, U.S., without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Clark County, Nevada (customize if needed).

You will receive a welcome message when opting-in, as well as reminder messages for your loyalty points and rewards, also follow-up on appointments.

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text “STOP” to the shortcode. Upon sending “STOP,” we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.
