POLICIES

RESCHEDULES / CANCELLATIONS

Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. We understand that adjustments may be necessary; however, we kindly require at least 24 hours’ notice for any reschedules or cancellations.

A 50% fee of the scheduled service will be charged to the card on file or sent via QuickBooks invoice. This fee must be paid before future appointments can be booked.

Providing 24 hours’ notice ensures no charges are applied.

All our policies are designed to benefit our guests and to uphold the highest quality and tradition of excellent service for both current and future clientele.

LATE POLICY

Being 15 minutes late will be treated as a same day cancellation. We understand life happens but please understand that being late affects our entire day of appointments. Geez, you’re not seriously mad at us because you are late?!

NO CALL / NO SHOW

By booking you agree to pay 50% of the service should you No-Show and miss your appointment with no notice.

PLEASE UNDERSTAND:

No showing, rescheduling, or canceling within 24 hours of your appointment takes time away from other clients and creates lost revenue.

We do our best by sending a confirmation email, a reminder email, and a text reminder to do our part.

What more do you need, LOL!

We are considerate of your time and ask for the same courtesy.

CONTRAINDICATIONS

Contraindications vary by appointment. Please carefully read the Pre & Post Care Instructions that will be included in your appointment email. Below are contraindications that apply.

● Must NOT be pregnant.
 
● If you are on Accutane, or have used Accutane in the past year.
● If you have any history of herpes or cold sore virus at the proposed procedure site, please let us know, we will prescribe necessary meds if needed
● Please call before booking If you are on any blood thinning medications or antibiotics.

● (For Laser Treatments / Hair Reduction) If you have used any tretinoin, retinol, benzoyl peroxide, astringents, hydroquinone, acids, etc. within the last 5 days. If you have used spray tan, tanning lotions, tanning beds or sunburns in treatment area within the last 4 weeks. (Hair Reduction only) If you have waxed, plucked or tweezed hair in the area within 4 weeks prior to treatment.
